Good work isn't enough to keep the schedule full
Most of the contractors we talk to are excellent at the job and tired of the marketing that's supposed to bring it in.
The schedule is feast or famine
Referrals and repeat customers built the business, but they come in waves. You can't turn word of mouth up when next month looks thin.
Shared leads are a race to the bottom
Lead marketplaces sell the same homeowner to several companies at once. Whoever calls first or quotes lowest wins, and the margin goes with it.
You've paid for marketing you couldn't measure
Retainers, "brand awareness" and reports full of impressions. What you wanted to know was simple: how many real quote requests, and what each one cost.
Built for home service companies
Lead ads work best for planned, higher-ticket jobs where a homeowner takes a few days to choose. Each trade gets its own ads, form questions and timing.
Roofing
Replacement, repair and inspection requests, filtered by roof age and ownership.
Roofing leads βHVAC
Replacement and install requests from homeowners with aging systems, ahead of peak season.
HVAC leads βPlumbing
Water heaters, repipes and sewer lines: planned jobs worth the drive.
Plumbing leads βLandscaping and turf
Yard makeovers and artificial turf, qualified by square footage and budget.
Landscaping and turf leads βConcrete and hardscape
Patios, pavers, driveways and retaining walls, filtered by size and timeline.
Concrete and hardscape leads βRemodeling and ADUs
Kitchen, bath, addition and ADU requests, qualified by budget before you drive out.
Remodeling and ADUs leads βOne channel, one goal: more estimates on the calendar
No funnels to maintain, no landing pages to babysit. Just ads, a short form, and a fast handoff to you.
Ads made from your real work
Phone footage of your crew, before-and-afters, a quick intro from the owner. Real jobs outperform stock photos.
Homeowners request a quote
A short form asks what they need, when, and where, and verifies their phone number by text.
The lead hits your phone in seconds
You get a text and email with every answer. The homeowner gets a text so they know you'll be calling.
We cut, test and scale
Weak ads get turned off, winners get more budget, and new creative goes out every month.
Numbers you can check against your own calendar
Every week you get a short report in plain English: what was spent, how many leads came in, what each one cost, and what we're changing next.
- Spend comes straight from your Meta ad account, so there's nothing to take on trust
- Leads are counted from the form, not estimated from clicks
- You tell us which leads booked, and we optimize toward those
- β’ Before-and-after video beat the photo carousel by 2 to 1. Moving budget to it.
- β’ Two leads were outside your area. Tightened the radius on the north side.
- β’ New this week: owner intro video, live Thursday after your approval.
Everything from the first ad to the weekly report
You run the jobs. We handle the marketing that fills the schedule.
Ad creative and copy
We script, edit and write every ad from the photos and clips you send, and refresh them monthly so they don't go stale.
Qualifying lead forms
Questions about ownership, timeline, budget and scope, built for your trade, with phone verification to keep out junk.
Instant lead alerts
Every lead is texted and emailed to you the moment it arrives, with the homeowner's answers and a tap-to-call number.
Speed-to-lead follow-up
Homeowners get an instant text acknowledging their request, so they're expecting your call instead of shopping around.
A simple lead pipeline
See every lead move from new to contacted to booked, so we both know which ads produce jobs, not just form fills.
Weekly testing and reporting
Audiences, offers and creative are tested constantly. You get the results every week, including what didn't work.
Your own lead source, not a share of someone else's

A good fit, and an honest not-a-fit
Lead ads multiply a business that already works. They can't fix one that doesn't, and we'd rather tell you that up front.
Probably a great fit
- Established home service companies with crews ready for more work
- Jobs worth at least a few thousand dollars each
- Someone who can call new leads within minutes, not days
- A portfolio of real jobs, or the willingness to start filming them
Probably not a fit
- Brand new businesses still working out pricing
- Emergency-only services, which belong on Google search
- Companies already booked out for months
- Anyone looking for guaranteed numbers before launch
Questions contractors ask us
How much does it cost?
One flat management fee per month. No setup fee, no commission on your jobs, no markup on ad spend. Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your card, so you always see exactly what was spent. We'll recommend a starting ad budget for your trade and market on the first call, before you commit to anything.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
Yes. One company per trade in each service area. Your leads are never shared or resold. The ads run under your business name, so homeowners are asking for a quote from you, not from a directory.
How soon will I get leads?
Usually within the first few days after launch. The first month is mostly about learning: which ads, offers and questions bring in people who book. Costs typically come down as weak ads are cut and winners get more budget.
Do I need a website?
No. Lead ads use Meta's instant forms, so homeowners request a quote without leaving Facebook or Instagram. If you have a site, we'll link it; if you don't, the leads still reach you.
What do you need from me?
Admin access to your Facebook page, photos and short clips from real jobs, and someone who will call new leads quickly. Speed matters more than anything else we do: a lead called within five minutes is far more likely to book than one called the next day.
Who owns the ad account and the leads?
Campaigns run in your own Meta ad account. If you ever leave, the ads, audiences and lead history stay with you.
See if your area is still open
We work with one company per trade in each service area. Tell us where you work and what you do, and we'll tell you honestly whether lead ads make sense for you.
